How it works
Driven by a box-type synchronous vibrator, the screen deck features a multi-stage decreasing incline banana structure. Leveraging the constant-thickness screening principle, it ensures rapid material distribution and stratification at the feed end, optimal passage through the middle section, and stable flow dewatering at the discharge end. This maintains a uniform material layer throughout, maximizing screen area utilization for high-capacity, high-precision continuous screening. It reliably handles complex operating conditions involving heavy loads and high-moisture materials.
